Farmington High School opened its doors in the fall of 2018, and with that the Farmington High School band program was born. Our band program consists of a marching band, two concert bands, two jazz bands, percussion groups, and color guard. In a few short years, the band program has established itself as one of the top, premiere, groups in the state. Some important accomplishments are:

 

Marching Band: Back to back 5A state champions in 2019 & 2020. 6A State Champion runner up in 2021. The band is a 4-time Bands of America Regional Finalist in St. George. 

 

Wind Ensemble: The wind ensemble has consistently received straight superior ratings each year at the UMEA state festival. They were invited to perform at the 2020 UMEA State Conference. 

 

Jazz Ensemble: The jazz ensemble has received superior ratings at the state jazz festival each year. In 2022 they were 1 of only 3 groups to receive straight superior ratings from each judge at the state festival.
